Is the Saz ASL-302GEQ the same quality as the Saz ASL-302G? Even though this one has an equalizer.

Hi, I need to know if this Saz has pick up as in the picture shows it has but is not mentioned in the description. Also what is the quality of it as I’m a professional player but at the moment I can’t afford to buy more expensive ones. I might be interested in this Saz, but my brother ordered on Ebay five years ago and never received his product.
Unfortunately my brother died at the end of August, I am not 100% sure of the name of the dealer.
That is why I am a little wary of the idea of ordering abroad. Does this kind of problem happen often?
